DETAIL ITINERARY

DAY 1	HANOI - MAI CHAU - BUOC VILLAGE (Lunch/Dinner)
08:00 AM	Our tour guide and a shuttle bus will pick you up at hotels/hostels in Hanoi Old Quarter. It takes about 4 hours to Mai Chau, a short break in Luong Son.
11:45 AM	You will start to visit a local market of the Muong Ethnic Minority. You will have the chance to learn about their daily life and customs. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Thung Khe Pass on the way to Mai Chau. It is one of the 10 most beautiful Passes in Vietnam.
12:30 PM	Arriving in picturesque Mai Chau you will have a delicious lunch while soaking in the magnificent scenery.
01:30 PM	Visit the real local Thai traditional Stilt House to learn about the ethnic Thai community's life. We will then take a bicycle ride through the village and learn about their daily life and culture. Stop by the handcraft village to learn about weaving techniques and local designs in the traditional way. You can support them by buying their local products as souvenirs.
04:00 PM	Take the bus to make your way to your lodge for the night in the Hidden Buoc Village.
05:00 PM	Check in to your Lodge. You will have free time for swimming in the pool, cycling or walking around the village.
07:00 PM	Have dinner at the Lodge. Stay overnight at Buoc Village

DAY 2	MAI CHAU TREKKING - HANOI (Breakfast/Lunch)
07:30 AM	Have breakfast at the Lodge. Enjoy the tranquil morning atmosphere of the village.
08:30 AM	Trekking about 7.5 km with a local guide to visit the beautiful surrounding villages visiting the non-tourist path. It will take you to pass the endless of rice fields and through the shadows of the limestone karts. You will have the experience about hill tribe life and the breathtaking scenery of Mai Chau
12:30 PM	Check out and have lunch.
02:00 PM	Get on the shuttle bus to drive back to Hanoi.
07:00 PM	Drop you off at your hotel. Tour ends.

What do I need to know?

From April to October, the climate is usually cool and fresh in the morning and evening, but hot in the middle day with sunshine. The rain season, sometimes foggy if it rains.
From October to March is the cold weather, December and January are coldest months, appears snowy in the coldest days.
The itinerary can be changed due to weather conditions.
